On pick up day, Heather provided a binder with all Toby’s information — birth certificate, health records, personality test results, etc. Even my Vet was impressed. It is clear to see that she loves her puppies with her whole heart. Crate Training was the BEST investment! Toby came home FULLY crate trained and was able to sleep through the night, without accident, on his very first night home… and every night since! During the day, he typically walks himself right into his crate for naps and again at bedtime. No crying, no sleepless nights! AMAZING!"
